Can Quick-Step vinyl flooring be installed on the porch?

Quick-Step recommends installing soft vinyl flooring and Alpha Vinyl indoors, in a heated area and at a room temperature of 18–30 °C. Room temperature must always be above 5 °C.

If vinyl flooring is exposed to direct sunlight and temperature at or above 45°C, required to use a Heat Underlay With Flexible Vinyl.
